If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

pgph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. To complete KYC verification, log in to your pgph account and navigate to the Verification section. You'll need to upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or UMID), plus a selfie holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Accounts that are not verified may have withdrawal limits applied.
Deposits & Payments

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: your account KYC verification is incomplete; there is an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met; the withdrawal amount exceeds your current verified limit; or additional security checks are required. Limits take effect immediately when lowered, but increases require a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. We strongly encourage all pgph players to set these limits from day one. If you feel you need a break from gambling, pgph offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion.
