This agreement governs your access to and use of the pgph platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using pgph, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. pgph reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers. No cryptocurrency or credit card gambling deposits.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgph login credentials. Never share your password. pgph will never ask for your password via any channel.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By creating an Account or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the pgph Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players, visitors, and any person accessing the Platform for informational purposes.
2.3 pgph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the PAGCOR regulatory framework. pgph strictly prohibits access by minors.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Verification. pgph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pgph may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture.
4.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify pgph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. pgph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pgph support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pgph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pgph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
5.3 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the Platform: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset; (b) credit cards for gambling deposit purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. pgph reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. pgph may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pgph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as published in the Platform's fee schedule, subject to applicable law.
6.1 pgph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pgph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
6.4 pgph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All outcomes in pgph's non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, pgph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. pgph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify pgph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. pgph's decision on all disputed game results is final and binding.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 pgph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where appropriate.
9.1 pgph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new Account on the Platform.
9.3 Deposit & Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least seven (7) days.
9.4 Session Reminders. Players may activate session time reminders that will notify them of the duration of their gaming session at intervals they specify.
9.5 pgph staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players or restrict Account activity where there is reasonable concern for a Player's wellbeing.
10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the pgph brand identity, is the exclusive property of pgph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pgph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 pgph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pgph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pgph cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.3 pgph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable Philippine law.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 pgph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pgph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pgph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13.1 pgph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pgph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to pgph's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact pgph support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before escalating any dispute.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pgph's internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
